The Gift of Opportunity
"I am indebted to my teachers and the staff of Morcom boarding house for helping me to develop leadership qualities, communication skills and an ability to articulate myself eloquently. Not to mention lifelong friends and connections, and the school itself for providing me, through the scholarship program, with an opportunity to thrive. Fergus Dale (2017), Scholarship Recipient"
Scholarships diversify our community and create opportunities for young women and men who will benefit from and contribute to a Caulfield Grammar School education. The School has a proud tradition of offering needs-based scholarships to students who will thrive at Caulfield Grammar School and add to the culture and diversity of our student body. Giving students with a passion for learning the opportunity to join and be a part of the School enriches and strengthens our whole learning community and advances society.
The aim of the Foundation Scholarship Fund is to grow a corpus of funds that will enable the School to award needs-based scholarships to applicants who may have otherwise been unable to access a Caulfield Grammar School education. Our scholarship priority areas are as follows:
- Indigenous Scholarships
- Humanitarian Scholarships
- WS Morcom Scholarships (Boarding)
You can choose to give to one of our priority areas, support a student for a defined period of time (e.g. four or six years) or create a named permanently endowed scholarship (minimums apply) for an area of interest to you through a gift now or a bequest.
Gifts to the Scholarship Fund are tax deductible.
